INDUSTRY DAY EVENTS
ABC Mississippi is pleased to introduce a new program for our members - Industry Days! Members are invited to lead sessions on topics pertinent to the construction industry.
CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT (CQM)
This course for contractors familiarizes students with CQM concepts and procedures used in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and Army Corp of Engineers Construction contracts.
This course is perfect for owners, architects, professional engineers, construction mangers, facility managers, superintendents and QC managers. Continuing education credits are awarded for professionals, design build contractors and designers (NAVFAC specifications to provide design QC plan and a design QC manager with current certificate).
Students who complete course requirements will receive a certificate valid for 5 years. USACE and NAVFAC specifications require this certificate for QC managers on all construction projects.
This course is an excellent opportunity to learn more about blueprint reading. Highlights on the topics included in this course are as follows.
