BBQ REGISTRATION OPTIONS

• PLATINUM PIG SPONSOR  - $550 Sponsorship - Includes one 4-person team, 4 t-shirts, 4 gifts, and signage.
• GOLDEN CHICKEN SPONSOR - $400 Sponsorship - Includes one 4-person team, 4 t-shirts, and signage. 
• SILVER SOW SPONSOR  - $300 Sponsorship - Includes 4 t-shirts, tent space, and signage. No team included.
• BRONZE BOAR SPONSOR  - $200 Sponsorship - Includes 4-person team and signage.

• Setup opens at Noon on Thursday, October 22, 2026. 
• Setup is a first-come, first-served basis, and no spots can be reserved in advance. Teams may arrive earlier, but please note there will not be security present.
• All setup items should be dropped off at the designated location, and trucks must be returned to the back parking lot. Each team is allotted 1 1/2 parking spaces only. Please enter from the rear of the building.
• The ABC Mississippi BBQ contest is not professional and does not have professional judges. The contest is purely for fundraising and fun. No professional cooking teams are permitted. 
• A team registration covers four (4) participants. 
• There will be three (3) judges in each food category. Teams must ensure they have enough food for each of the judges. All leftover food may be distributed to the crowd.
• All teams will be provided with a registration packet (team number, pre-numbered judging containers, and rules).
• Teams must provide all desired grilling items, including food, grills, grilling utensils, tables, chairs, tents, sampling dishes for the crowd, a judging box for crowd favorites, and disposal of all used coals and cooking debris.
• Teams must provide any additional desired company or team-related signage.
• Coolers are permitted. 
• Garnishment is optional but not required.
• Appetizers are optional and for crowd sampling only.
• Pork butts & shoulders are accepted and can be marinated the night before. 
• Ribs, chicken, and pork must be prepared on-site.
• Each team must submit food for three (3) judges (per category) in containers with the official team number affixed.
• All food will be scored by judges based on appearance, taste/flavor, and tenderness.
• To maintain anonymity, all judging will be number-based. 
• No refunds will be issued for any entry fees.
