VOLUNTEERS

All morning volunteers arrive no later than 8:30 AM at the Pavilion. All afternoon volunteers arrive no later than 12:00 am at the Pavilion. Volunteers bring their own coolers, snacks, and chairs! Please visit abcmississippi.org/volunteer if you'd like to sign up to be a volunteer.

RULES

• Lunch will be available for all shooters and volunteers at 11:30 am at The Pavilion.
• Bring your own gun.
• All guns must remain unloaded until the shooter is on the shooting station.
• Shell requirements are 7.5 or smaller shot and no greater than 1300 FPS.
• Bring your own shells or they can be purchased onsite. 
• Providence will provide two golf carts per team. 
• Park at the field across from the clubhouse for shuttle and team assignments.
• There are 14 stations plus the Duck Flush. Bring an extra box of shells to participate in the Duck Flush (this station is managed by Providence staff). 
• Water available on the course. No alcohol on-premises.
• All morning shooters should return their firearms to their vehicles before lunch.
